Jerry is a very professional, ethical, and knowledgeable attorney. In my situation, he suggested that I not go forward with a lawsuit, not because I had a poor case, but because it would not be in my best interest in terms of how it would impact my life (reputation, current employment, etc.). He is a credit to his profession. He also struck me as being very knowledgeable in employment law and defamation/slander. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Jerry also has served as Chairman for his local grade school board and is highly respected in the Mt. Vernon community.
