This is Syed Mohiuddin Hussain. Mr. Jason Sager given me wrong information on my case status and charged me 350$ for withdrawal OPT, before sending the withdrawal OPT letter to USCIS I got the information from my other immigration attorney and school DSO if you withdraw your OPT your SEVIS record will completed and you loose your status and Mr. Jason sager doesn't know this immigration laws even though he is a immigration lawyer. I called to his office few times and told them to transfer the call to Jason sager they said me always he is not available at the office. Today I called at the office and ask for refund his representative said me this is impossible. I emailed to Jason sager and ask for refund he emailed me no refund because of multiple emails. So my question is do I have to pay you for wrong information? I'm totally disappointed with this lawyer.
