Regarding my case, LaScola acted in the most professional and transparent manner of the handful of lawyers I reached out to in Lake County .. He was speedy in communication and knowledgeable about the county court system.
Very favorable outcome for me (aggravated speeding offense reduced to petty with court supervision and small fine - almost like it never happened!!) and would strongly recommend him to anyone going through a similar situation!

Best lawyer I could have asked for, very professional and responded to all my questions in a fast and efficient mater. He made me feel as though I was the top priority. Turned something that could have ended very poorly for me into a conclusion that did not really hurt my future. Martin effectively handled the case and took care of all the grunt work, he has really set the bar high for what I expect from a great lawyer.

I just spoke to Mr. Spada over the phone as I was trying obtaining information on an old settlement file from 1982 I called him because I don't recall who my old lawyer was at the time, even though it was not a case that he had any involvement in, he took the time to help direct me in the right direction, I was very pleased with his willingness to help with information and I never felt rushed or like I was wasting his time. David has represented me on several issues and his professionalism and knowledge is impeccable! If David can handle whatever legal issue I have, he will ALWAYS have my business. I wouldn't go with anyone else. David also works with other attorneys in areas that he does not handle, and even those lawyers are top notch. I could not recommend David more to anyone out there.
