Always there when you need them. So knowledgeable and helpful. They really care.

If you are hoping to get results from this firm it is a lost cause. Gerald Reed will bill you every time he even looks at a document that he has already sent to you. Not do anything with it. Just glance at it. He does not return your calls for weeks and when he does he would rather argue with you that he has been doing everything he can and he is just waiting for the opposing side. Well good job there was another $60 well spent. If he does actually go to a pretrial to discuss something with the judge do not hold your breath with high expectations because he won't even try to push for anything you want. This is the saddest excuse for an attorney I have ever had to work with. I have no idea how he has been in business this long. Most likely from taking advantage of the people he can before they get fed up with him.

I was terrified to get divorced from my husband because he had always promised to make my life hell if I filed. When I finally got up the nerve and filed, Ben made put my mind at ease and the divorce was over within weeks! My ex never had the opportunity to make things difficult because his attorney and Ben worked out a deal so quickly. I feel that this could have taken a long time and been very costly, but it wasn't.

Highly Recommend! Ben was very fast, honest and diligent. He was an excellent advisor on all aspects my a divorce, especially where my kids were concerned. I could not speak more highly of an attorney!

I have a deadbeat ex that was completely uninvolved in my kid's lives. My husband has been like a dad to my kids and he decided that he wanted to adopt them. We went to Ben and he told us exactly what we needed to do to get this adoption done. We followed his advice and ended up getting my ex-s parental rights terminated and my husband was able to adopt them with me so we are now legally and officially the parents! Not only that, Ben is making my ex pay all the back child support that he owes...we couldn't be happier, you can trust Ben when he tells you something and you can also count on him to follow through. We are so very happy that we chose to go with him!

I went to Ben on the recommendation of a friend that had recently been divorced. I expected things to be contentious between my wife and I, but Ben found a way to get everything resolved without even going to court. My ex-wife and I were able to agree on Joint Custody for our kids (I never expected her to agree to this) and we were able to end things without any hard feelings. I credit Ben's handling of the divorce for my getting along with my ex-wife now. He also saved me a fortune in legal fees because he only charged me a flat fee since the divorce was uncontested. I would highly recommend Ben to anyone that has to get a divorce.
