This man saved me, he did everything he said he would. I was facing serious accusations and Mr.Nathe was able to help get most of them dismissed completely and was amazing. Worth every penny and did an outstanding job!

Someone I know got pulled over and received a citation for driving uninsured and failing to obey a stop sign. In the state of Illinois the penalty for driving without insurance can result in having your license suspended and up to a $2,000 fine for time time offenders. They ended up walking out of the court room with a small fine and keeping their drivers license. Philip's rates are very reasonable. When hiring a traffic attorney, you're decision should not strictly be focused on the cost of the attorney. You have to evaluate their rate based on the potential worst case scenario for your court case. When evaluating an attorney based on the outcome, Phil is worthy every penny. Mr. Nathe was retained to pursue an expungement of of a local LEO non-arrest incident report. While it took several months (I was apprised of such timeline upfront) to achieve the expungement, Mr Nathe successfully obtained an expungement order and subsequent compliance by both the local and state police departments. He provided periodic status letters and appropriate documentation as the process moved forward. I could not have been more satisfied with his services. In addition, this is the third time I have retained Phillip Nathe and each time have received the most professional, courteous service and successful outcome. I will engage Mr. Nathe again should the need arise and highly recommend his services.

Phil was with us all the way for 4years and was so kind and heartfelt in our time of need. He always see's the best in people. Phil was extremely knowledgeable of the local traffic laws and how to navigate the legal process resulting in all of the charges being dropped for my recent accident. This resulted in no traffic or court fees and did not require me to go through the supervision process and kept the accident completely off my record. This is extremely important as I am a high school student which can have big implications if I were to have a second incident.

There was a period of time at the end of my high school years and my first year of college where I was charged with weed procession, underage alcohol and DUI. Mr. Nathe represented me in all charges. He was very understanding, supportive, and non-judgmental. Each time he explained options and helped me decide a course of action. I received a DUI a little while back over Memorial Day weekend in Naperville (Dupage County), which absolutely ruined my holiday weekend, as well as had the potential to ruin at least 6 months of my life with a loss of my license. I have never been arrested for anything before and was in absolute shock. As soon as my long day was over from dealing with my bond as well as getting my car out of the tow yard, my only focus was to start my search to find a lawyer.
