It took 4 years to finalize my divorce and after 2 years I see my self needing to go to court again. I checked Avvo and saw Atty Michael with good reviews. After our preliminary meeting, I immediately hired attorney Michael Hudzik in regards to my post divorce settlement agreement issue specifically on TAX and Child support. Atty Michael works efficiently and greatly represented me on my case. The other party keeps on dragging this case and Atty. Michael was quick to provide proposal and with his negotiation skills and capability, greatly influenced the opposing counsel to come into terms. Mind you, I am not living in Illinois and situated in east cost and I didn't even travel to Kane county to attend even one session of my case. Atty. Michael and his team were very good in communicating and providing update on my case. He listened to my concerns and provided proposal that makes sense.
