(David Schaffer) Upon Mr .Schaffer , taking my case . He explain to me the process of the courts . It was very hard for me as a single mother . Now that Mr Schaffer has been on my case I’ve seen the importance of having a great lawyer and someone who goes to court and doesn’t give up on there Client . My experience with Mr. Schaffer , Has been great . There are times when a client has to be patient and let there attorney do there work .Again the process of family law court is not quick and swift . It takes time and understanding that your attorney has other clients to take care of as well . Schafffer ,has a great sense of humor he understands his clients and is straight forward with answering your questions and concerns . In the courtroom he will fight for your rights. Again my experience has been great having Schaffer as my legal counsel in family law . David Shaffer is an idiot.. This guy says he's been in the law for 20 years I have no clue where he got his bar, back of a cereal box? He absolutely does not try what so ever, he didn't even know who I was when I showed up in court. Let alone watching him in front of the judge and having the judge laugh at your lawyer is not a good sign. In the end he took my 5k retainer and resign from representing me.

My experience with David has been completely opposite of below reviewer and I’m very surprised to read the negative comments. It doesn’t sound like we were represented by the same attorney... David represented me in a very involved and lengthy divorce case that lasted a year and a half. From the first meeting, David showed his passion for my case and continued to stay involved and personally committed throughout the proceedings. He could’ve taken most other attorneys approach by simply doing “the norm”, but he didn’t and he went full press to make sure my needs were met and justice was served. He fought hard on my behalf, listened to my concerns and didn’t waste any time. David is very diverse in marital law and he will make sure all options are looked at. If you’re looking for an aggressive attorney that will fight for you, David is definitely your guy!

Kristina Wayne leaves no detail behind. She has been very helpful and I would recommend her to anybody looking for a great attorney.
