They sold my property while in a bk. Waiting on them to make corrections

These guys know that the contracts that they collect on or foreclose on are illegal, and refuse to give out the name of the attorney who will be handling your case, they are all crooks and should be sent to prison.

I've relied on and trusted Tom Anselmo successfully for years for legal help with real estate closings for clients, bank owned properties, and personal real estate closing plustrust/will.

We met with John Brennock for estate planning documents. I brought my mom who is older and we came from kind of far away. After we met with him he said if we went to lunch and gave him an hour we could come back to sign the documents. He said he wouldn’t always be able to do that, but I can’t tell you how much I appreciated it! I’m so glad I didn’t need to drive my mom there twice, it’s far for her and some days she’s just not up for a trip like that. It was incredibly nice of him to take care of everything in one day. And he gave us a discount for being a returning client. Super happy with our visit!

One would assume that a law firm that specializes in a very narrow area of law would be experts in that area. This law firm is shockingly ignorant of the intricacies of landlord/tenant law.

This office is so unbelievably unprofessional. I had a zoom meeting with one of the attorneys and never felt so disrespected. The attorney spoke to me as if I was the dumbest person on the planet even calling us “you people”. He was eating, talking to other people in the background, laying back in his chair on his phone while speaking to me. I could not believe what was happening. I was given the least amount of respect from this law firm and I will never use them again

My real estate team works with real estate attorneys Tom on at least 50 house transactions each year. The attorneys and real estate paralegals specialize in single family residential deals. It's important to have a specialist on these types of matters and not another type of lawyer who is doing this as a side hustle.

DON'T WASTE A SECOND OF YOUR TIME THIS FIRM DISCRIMINATES ITALIAN PEOPLE.. JUST ASK KISHA IN HUMAN RESOURCES...!!!!! GO TO SCHOOL AND LEARN BEFORE YOU DISRESPECT A A.N.Y.B.O.D.Y. CAUSE ALL LIVES MATTER. LLC... YOU ARE FRAUDS GER A REAL J.O.B. ?????????????
