Retained her from a reference. Initial consult was more of a dog and pony show in their posh office. Very good at nodding and implying that she understood my divorce and that she could help...but once the retainer was cashed, she all but disappeared and handed my case to a couple of junior clerks. This was evident when going against my ex-wife's bully attorney, who steamrolled them and our case. Not only did I end up "settling" for $17k to my ex but Grunyk saddled me with $30k in attorney bills. To top it off, as soon as they heard that I had lost my job, they withdrew representation; and immediately seized my bank accounts to pay their attorney bill. When looking for an attorney, run the other way from Grunyk & Associates.
