I highly recommend Attorney David Fish and his firm. I believe David to be a sincere advocate for employees, who generally don’t have much recourse towards corporations. After contacting several attorneys regarding a severance agreement offered by a former employer, David was the only one I spoke with willing to help me negotiate it without requiring a large up front fee only to review the document. David was able to secure a better severance with revised terms to protect me as well as the employer. I would like to thank David again for his time and persistence on my behalf.

When I was first seeking representation, I chose a few attorneys from the internet and then interviewed them. After speaking with David Fish at his office about my case, I knew I was in the right place. But after working with David for a while, I realized I had struck gold. David’s focus was always on what was best for me, even when that decision meant less money for the firm. While most attorneys seek ways to pad their bills and pursue expensive strategies, David always tried to figure out ways to lower my costs and fought to end the case entirely.
