I was contacted by the Fish Law Firm vie the Paralegal Nicole. She was amazing during the phone call. Nicole truly listened and connected with me in regards to the discussion of my case. The Fish Law Firm is lucky to have her and if you need to speak to them ask for Nicole.

An attorney I was working with recommended that I work with David Fish on my employment law matter because of his expertise in the area. David was knowledgeable, responsive and a great listener. He worked with me quickly and I now have written consent from a former employer to right the wrong my case was about. I would highly recommend David as an attorney.

Incredibly unprofessional. Have you ever been 100% completely ghosted by a lawyer? If not you’re in luck!! Give a call to Kim Fisher, and once she’s working on your case she’ll without any provided reason, discussion, anything, just stop all communication. I had reached out numerous times via email. Called her office just to have someone place me on hold and then tell me she would call me back and never did. She couldn’t even tell me she didn’t want to handle my wrongful termination suit anymore. She communicated NOTHING. The last thing I received from her was a drafted letter to my old employer, and then once I made corrections she completely disappeared without a trace. I’ve never seen such unprofessionalism in my life. I would suggest you find a different law firm, instead of having months of your time wasted by this one.

They were able to successfully beat a well known restaurant business in a settlement case that landed employees some "free" cash for their involvement with the case. Very fast response with notable updates.
