Ms. Halpin is thorough, knowledgeable and accessible. I'm a licensed Realtor and have worked with many attorneys in the past. I recently used Ms. Halpin for my own personal home buy/sell and found her to provide excellent service before during and after close. I'll recommend her to clients and use her again in personal transactions as well.

Erin took charge of a very sticky problem where I had a tenant that was behind in her rent who I wanted to evict but because she had school age children it was difficult. Erin not only got her out but also was able to collect all of the back rent. Thanks again Erin

Erin handled the closing for a condominium unit that I purchased last fall. Just prior to the closing, a special assessment was created for all 12 unit owners because a $25,000 boiler needed immediate replacement. I can't say enough about how this was handled by Erin. She worked with the seller's attorney and my real estate agent so that I did not become liable for any portion of the special assessment. She was able to negotiate this for me because she was knowledgeable on my rights as the buyer of the unit and handled herself professionally when dealing with the seller's seasoned attorney. Because of this, I can honestly say that I have 100% trust that she would do the same remarkable work with any other legal support I would entrust to her.

Erin assisted me in a family law matter. She spent a lot of time talking with me about the issues in my case and helping me develop a better understanding of how the law works as well as helping me manage my expectations. She also helped me to identify my priorities in my case. Erin was very considerate throughout the process. She is very knowledgeable, explains things well, and is well-suited for this practice area.
