I've used the attorney services of Boznos Law Office twice this year. Bill is very professional, courteous and prompt. We worked on closing my mother's estate during the spring which included a complicated and long real estate closing. Bill was there for the entirety making sure it was completed. And just this month of December we used Bill again during another real estate closing for the purchase of a property held by a relocation organization. Again, this transaction and process was complicated due to the out of state relocation seller but Bill worked through it again with us and stayed late to complete this realty transaction. I recently had a pleasure working with Mr. Boznos on a pretty sensitive and complicated small business issue. As a small business owner you are always facing challenges and unlike large corporations you don't have a big legal department to protect you. I would actually give zero stars if I could. I talked with the lawyer for approximately five minutes. He took my information and asked me to email him my employment contract. He also told me that the company offered a free consultation. I sent him my paperwork and I followed up him to see what he thought. In about 30 seconds, he said I did not have a case which was fine. Knowing that the consult was free, I did offer to pay him something for his time (all of about ten minutes total). He indicated that I owed $250. I was shocked. I paid it over the phone due to my shook. Later, I sent an email questioning the free consult and heard from the lawyer that it was company policy to charge $250 for an hourly rate. That was never discussed or agreed upon. And he certainly did not work close to an hour with of time. Beware.

Boznos Law helped me when my parents got older and did not have their estate organized. He was very caring and patient and helped us get our docs in order. If you need estate planning, Bill's your guy.
