I had reached out to Mr. O'Flaherty to help me get started on a new franchise business location opening in 2010. Setting up the corporate entity (as well as the d.b.a documentation) , and guiding myself and my partner through both the operating and partnership agreements went off without a hitch. Additionally, when needed a business sale attorney 5 years later, Kevin and O'Flaherty Law were right there to walk me through the process.

I'm very happy that I chose O'Flaherty Law for our estate planning . They explained the different between a trust and a will and get everything set up correctly. Their blend of professionalism, empathy, and deep legal knowledge made the entire process not just bearable, but genuinely reassuring. Kevin has many years of experience in family law. After searching for lawyers online I chose his firm.

We met with Adam Sault. We were already divorced. Our situation was not particularly contentious, and my ex and I even negotiated prior to meeting Adam, and wrote out our wishes. We met with him for an hour and he said he should have domething to us within a week. Four weeks later, after several calls, I sent a complaint to Kevin O'Flaherty that we had no deliverables, but he had already billed us over $1000. Adam finally got paperwork to us after that, but it was full of typos (even my name was spelled wrong and my address incorrect, though it was in the documents we provided AND his secretary called also to ask for my address, so I had provided it twice). Adam then became rude to me, in particular, because I had complained to his boss. I don't think he was aware that my ex was equally upset with him. My ex and I agreed to firing him and hiring individual lawyers, but not before Adam hit us with another big bill. Because Adam had been rude to me, and accused ME of being difficult, I asked my ex, so he complained about the bill and got a small credit. When we went to the new lawyers, we found that not all the documents were done, and there were further quality and content issues. The other lawyers completed the job quickly, and with much better quality and customer service. I feel O'Flaherty law was price gouging and didn't feel our issue was "big enough" to provide good service. They are more concerned about lining their pockets, and putting on flashy seminars and drinking events than they are about caring for clients.

Kevin has consulted me over the last 5+ years. Not that, he brought into the team for his weekly podcast last year. In my opinion, one will NEVER find a more conscientious and intelligent attorney who's main purpose in life as I can see, is to provide exceptional service, along with helping people out.

I've used Kevin and his firm's services since 2011. He gave undivided attention to my cases, advised me on different options and did his best to truly understand the issues and merit behind my cases so he can give sound legal advice. Furthermore, he strives to understand the personal aspects of the matter in a compassionate manner so you're not just another legal case or docket. I called Kevin, had my call returned within 2 minutes, and was appropriately advised, and then represented, by Kevin's team, with an outcome most favorably won. I refer my friends, clients, and parents, the later being skillfully handled in regards to their estate plans.

Kevin was instrumental, forthright and most importantly understanding in handling a difficult family financial situation. His professionalism and compassion helped us through a trying time. Knowing Kevin first as a fellow Rotarian made the choice to seek out his services a little easier, but his knowledge of the law and our situation made me respect him even more.
