On the day of our walk through, a few things were not done as agreed upon so it just took a quick call to Melanie and she had it handled. On the day of our closing, she walked through everything and made sure that we understood everything we were signing without feeling rushed. Melanie assisted us in buying out first house. We didn't have a realtor since we were buying from friends, so she went above and beyond to explain everything to us. She was very nice while also very honest and directive when we needed it.
