I would actually give zero stars if I could. I talked with the lawyer for approximately five minutes. He took my information and asked me to email him my employment contract. He also told me that the company offered a free consultation. I sent him my paperwork and I followed up him to see what he thought. In about 30 seconds, he said I did not have a case which was fine. Knowing that the consult was free, I did offer to pay him something for his time (all of about ten minutes total). He indicated that I owed $250. I was shocked. I paid it over the phone due to my shook. Later, I sent an email questioning the free consult and heard from the lawyer that it was company policy to charge $250 for an hourly rate. That was never discussed or agreed upon. And he certainly did not work close to an hour with of time. Beware.

After corporate restructuring, Bill reviewed my severance package to be sure I was securing all the benefits I was entitled to within the severance program. When I started with my new company, Bill reviewed the non-compete clause to ensure that I was within the compliance structure.
