Monica Gurgiolo at Kelleher and Holland law firm recently amended my estate plan including my pour over will, revocable trust, as well as powers of attorney for finance and for healthcare. During our review of my previous estate plan Monica made several suggestions to both simply the administration after my passing and to ensure my beneficiaries receive the highest benefit from their inheritance. My previous estate planning attorney had not counseled me on either of these matters. I’m now feeling reassured that my estate plan accurately reflects my wishes.

Kelleher and Holland were counterparties to a real estate transaction we were involved in. The client they advised walked from a signed contract to take a higher offer. We had already completed inspection and paid mortgage fees (neither of which were reimbursed by their client). Although technically legal, we felt they were not honest in our dealings with the firm. I would tell family and friends to find another law firm to work with.

Laura Dzielski from Kelleher and Holland was a tremendous help working with us on Estate Planning. My wife and I had put this off for years, and she made this a simple process.
