If you guys want to be screwed, hire Mr. Kaplan Absolutely horrible!!!!!!!!!!

My family and I hired Kaplan Law after being involved in a serious car accident a few years ago. We originally wanted to negotiate with the insurance company, but they gave us a hard time. We hired Kaplan's office. He fought tooth and nail for us; he really is a very aggressive attorney, who shows compassion for his clients. Best thing: the result. He was able to get more out of this substandard insurance company than we ever imagined. Rarely do you find someone that works so hard for their clients, and delivers on his promises. Job. Well. Done!!

I hired Alex Kaplan and his firm for two matters. I was involved in a series car accident, and then later, I had a traumatic work related injury. Alex's office was totally professional; always returned my calls; never missed a beat; and most importantly, got GREAT results. To say that Kaplan Law Offices, P.C. is highly recommended is an understatement.

I was going into senior year of highschool when Alex Kaplan helped out my family. If it wasn't for his kindness and help, I probably wouldn't be able to say that I will be graduating this may from college. Alex is very good lawer as well as a person. You'd feel very comfortable talking to him and he is very knowledgable when giving advice. He is very tactful when it comes to sensitive matters, as he deals mostly (if not only) with bankrupcies. His first consultation is free of charge. He gave me a free consultation and gave me good news: in my situation I even did not have to go through bankrupcy. He will not try to rip you off and will give you an honest professional advice.
