Talk about making selling a house easy! Lori Strang was our contact throughout the process. She handled everything for us and kept us in the loop the entire time! She explained all documents and meetings. The best part is she answered all of my uninformed questions with patience and understanding that I had never sold a house before. She seemed to always be available via email, phone and text! The entire process was almost painless due to her hard work. Selling a house is never completely painless but she really made it easy! I've worked with many attorneys and David Frank is one of the best in the real estate industry! He takes time to answer all your questions and has great advice. He can break down complex issues in a way that is easy for everyone to understand. Many other attorneys will just go through the motions, but David is strategic and thorough.
