Its just like they really don't care about the client but will make sure to collect money upfront (also quite expensive in my opinion ).With such attitude is really hard to believe they will take care of you case.Find someone who basically is a good man/woman,they all fill up and send the same forms,if its a decent person they will try to do there best and in time,don't think these guys where like that.
