I hired Allison for my divorce. She agreed to an adjustment in the pension payment to me due to "Insurance Equalization" saying that it could be adjusted in the future if needed. She was WRONG. The judge will not allow any change because it is considered property. So now I will never be able to have the pension payments adjusted no matter how much the insurance premium changes. She has completely messed this up for me.
