This lawyer asked me to have contigency paln at the beginning but over two years, I paid USD 6,000 on my case. I could not afford that money so he asked me to be dropped my case. I lost my money without anything from my case. Please hire another lawyer who has contigency plan with no additional cost!!!

Hired him on my lawyer and working with him over two years. It is my first time to have a litigation with company and my case is on pending due to Mr. Talarico dropped from my case. Flashback working with him, I have not get proper explaination what is the litication step in court process and why I need to pay his extra cost request. If you are the person who has not have experience on sue case, I would like to advise to go with other attorney on your case.
