Mario was a godsend to my sister! She was moving out of state and was going to need the funds from the sale of the house to live on. And he got the house sold in 1 day and closed in 8 weeks! The house needed some work but we listed it as "as is" and we had five offers! Great job! Mario! He is kind, considerate and easy to work with, very responsive to questions and concerns. Return calls fast! I highly recommend him.

Great communication, answered all my absurd questions as this is foreign to me. I felt comfortable the entire process. The best part is they evaluate the case before even accepting to work with you to ensure you are a good candidate. They were able to even tell me what my case was worth and the range or $$$ I would be awarded. They under evaluated! I got more then double there low end and about 20% more then the high end evaluation. I could not recommend them more....absolutely a great experience!
