After multiple times of trying to get my brand new car fixed. I started to research "Lemon Law" not knowing a thing about the logistics and qualifications of this law. I contacted Krohn & Moss, Ltd. Khon & Moss attorney in California, John Barker, did a terrific job with helping me deal with Hyundai, over my 2016 lemon. John kept in close contact with me, and helped me understand exactly how California Lemon Laws work. He even caught Hyundai offering a deal not consistent with those laws. I came across this attorney today and recalled how incredibly helpful he was over 15 years ago! My attorney helped me with the purchase of a conversion van - which soon after purchased began breaking down consistently! It took a little while (like 3 months) -- I believe but the situation was resolved and did get some of my money back. I cannot tell you how incredibly grateful I still am and speak very highly of their services.

Purchased a new vehicle that required a lot of service and many ongoing issues. Received help from this group, however, they took 60% and told me to use the rest for a down payment for a new car which was around 3k. I paid the venicle off and the whole point of getting a lawer was to get me enough for a new vehicle or have the manufacturer switch me to a new vehicle, so I wouldn’t have get a new auto loan again. This was in 2016, but I’m still dealing with these issues because I can’t afford another auto loan. This whole transaction benefited theire practice more than me, the consumer.
