Mr. Rosenblat is one of the best of the attorneys we have had the pleasure of meeting and working with. He takes the time out to discuss every detail with my husband and myself and also makes sure we understand fully before proceeding. He has also taken the time out to address any and all concerns we may have. He is very patient, kind, an unlike other attorneys, he truly has compassion for his clients. I bought my house in Northbrook in May 2017; our realtor recommended Mike, at Olson Grabill & Flitcraft. When I gave his name to the seller’s broker and my mortgage company, everyone knew him. The conversation with the vendor’s lawyer changed the tone completely, and Mike took hands on the situation. He was on top of everything, he collected all the documentation and contacted everyone involved in the process. He was our guardian; we felt safe during the entire process since he communicated every single step to us. Moreover, Mike showed up on my closing date and he helped us out with the kids while were signing all the paperwork. Plus, he had a fixed price for everything. I am still amazed by his support and involvement. Mike is the best!
