He's direct. I find myself relying on his information exclusively, He has navigated his way through a 2800 page loan closing with and invoice that was less then 20% of the other sides and frankly we got exactly what we needed. I'm impressed as well with the lesser tasks Justin has also managed. In addition his ability to manage the people in the process makes him a genuine team mate, where I'm glad to let him communicate with everyone in each project.
