Penelope handled everything so well and laid out all of my options so I was never in the dark about anything. She made sure I understood everything that was going on and what could happen. She worked so hard to win my case and every time I saw her she had a smile on her face. I can't recommend her enough, she truly changed my life.

I was so nervous to take bankruptcy-it was a very hard choice for me to make. Penny walked me through every single step, explained the things I needed to know, what the process would be, etc. She put my mind at ease. Penny Bach is not only incredibly intelligent...and knows the law inside out and backward...but she is extremely down to earth and approachable. Penny takes the time to explain various scenarios and their possible outcomes. I have been most impressed with Penny's professionalism, and would re-hire her and/or refer a family member or friend to her, in a heartbeat.

Penelope Bach is the best Bankruptcy attorney and I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of advisement with regard to Bankruptcy Law. My chapter 13 case went through smoothly and I was provided timely responses and answers to any and all of my questions. This process can be embarrasing and humiliating exposing your debt load. I never felt like a debtor but felt like I was given a second chance and treated with the utmost respect.
