Wayne Addis was the court appointed Attorny prosecutor for me when I went to court because I was a victim of bullying. I was unable to walk the hallways at school without getting harassed, was unable to walk inside my own house some nights without thinking that something bad could happen, I was unable to go to some friends houses without the bully coming up to me. It had been going on for months by the time that I was able to take the person bullying me to court. Wayne Addis was nothing but supportive in getting justice and providing safety for me. Wayne Addis took each one of my concerns to heart and made sure that they would not happen again. Fast forward a few months after court. Everything had stopped for awhile and I thought it was over. It wasn’t. The second that the harassment started again, I knew the first person I had to call was Mr.Addis. I called him directly and he immediately knew what to do. He saved my life once again. He is the best Attorny and truly has your best interest and safety at heart.

These two are very awesome, they know their work, they know the game, and they do their best for you with real empathy for your situation. Thanks Wayne, thanks Joel.

These guys were absolutely amazing. They are warm and welcoming people that will help calm you down and make sure things will be all right. They know how to work the courtroom in a professional and calm matter. They care about you not only as a client but as a person as well. I recommend these two over anyone!

I couldn't ask for a better team to support me throughout my court process. I had an urgent situation and they met with me the day after I called. After going over my case with me and telling me the possible outcomes, I was feeling a little better, but still ashamed and embarrassed by my stupid behavior. They assured me that they've done this case 100 times and that everyone makes mistakes. The day after meeting with them, we went to the courthouse and they got the best possible outcome I could have imagined. They saved me time, money, and anxiety by how well the know their way around the court system. You can tell how respected they are in the Northern suburbs after walking into the circuit courthouse and everyone saying hello to them and stopping to chat. I could not be more grateful for Wayne and Joel. I could go on all day about how lovely and charismatic they are as individuals, but I will try to limit my comments to the professional heavy lifting they did for me. I was facing some serious consequences. Due to their incredible attention to detail, they were able to eliminate one of my biggest hurdles—it was a huge victory. One of the consequences I would have surely faced was... “poof” like magic—gone! This enabled me to continue pursuing my own career goals that would have otherwise been stunted. (Not to mention they saved me a bunch of money and hassle!) Others have noted their deep-rooted relationships in Northern Chicago courthouses, and I think it works very much to the advantage of their clients. They connect with people—their personalities are charming and their intelligence is respected. As a result, the overall outcome for my case was as best it could possibly have been. The State was willing to work with them in a way that benefitted me immensely, and I think it has something to do with the way they present information and the strength of the relationships they have built. When I first walked through the doors of their office, I felt embarrassed, ashamed and, quite frankly, a bit hopeless. They helped to put things into perspective for me, and they encouraged me to see my future as bright despite my (very, very, very) stupid mistake. They went through the possibilities of what might happen, which gave me realistic expectations. They helped me break the thing up into pieces, so as not to get overwhelmed by the process. They fought for me like family, and, seriously, my gratitude knows no limits.
