I received a speeding citation that required legal assistance this past November. No Community service, No fines, No Criminal record. Worth every penny! 93 in a 60 and yes that’s stupid of me.
33 mph over is a misdemeanor with up to six months in jail and a $1500 fine. I was worried but Brandon knocked down it down to a petty offense with 4 months probation and 287$ in court fees.

My father had a very difficult case and a lot of lawyers didn't even want to help us. Larry and Merrill took on this case and were very helpful throughout the whole process. My father was able to get his drivers license back after many years of it being revoked. He had driving offenses dating back to the 80s. RESULTS: Will have no issues with my current or future employers, no hikes with my car insurance, no points on my Class A CDL license, and most importantly I now have a peace of mind!

Speeding over 26 mph on the highway
I’m am SO pleased with Brandon Davis’s work for me.
I never expected to achieve such a great result in court however with Brandon, personal appearance was waived in court, Case was dismissed. I got no fines or court costs, as well as no additional duties such as traffic school to complete.
