I enthusiastically recommend The Davis Law Group, P.C. with special recognition to Attorney David Mennie. Within hours of being arrested, I had the good fortune to come across this group. I called and left a message and to my surprise, I received a call back from Brandon Davis within 15 minutes on a Sunday. They fit me in quickly and I met with Attorney Mennie and Attorney Davis for a free consultation to go over all the details. They immediately had a plan of action they believed they would pursue, dependent on the police report and evidence. Once received, that is exactly the course of action Attorney Mennie took. I was very nervous and Mr. Mennie always took the time to calm my fears and explain the process. On the pre-trial date Mr. Mennie had been extensively thorough and even when thrown a curve ball, he stayed through lunch and proved that what had been presented did not apply to me as a resident. All of his hard work resulted in my DUI being dropped to a parking ticket and getting an order of Rescission of the Statutory Summary Suspension which he had couriered to the state over night. He still offered me the option to go to trial and fight if I wanted too, but I believe the best deal possible was already negotiated. I hired David for a DUI that I received in September of 2017. This was a second DUI. Unlike the first DUI that I received court supervision for in 1990, I was not driving my car. I was transported to a local hospital and later determined to have an almost fatal BAC. David did everything he could to present the facts, rebut the prosecution evidence presented and fight for my protection. The case continued for 1 1/2 years. Ultimately, David negotiated my case with the prosecution and was able to get the DUI amended to a reckless driving conviction. David was calm, (even when I was very nervous) and talked me thru each court date and in between. He answered my questions and reassured me on multiple occasions. He was very professional all the time. He was patient with me. He worked very hard to get the best results possible. I am very grateful for David and the genuine concern he had for my case.
