Went for first visit which is advertised as free but sent a bill couple days later asked about the advertised first visit and they said that's only family law visits said not advertised like that she said well that's it

Excellent Lawyer

Completely dishonest! I reached out to see about getting a consultation and was told to email pictures and information and someone would reach out to me. Not once was I told there was a consultation fee. A month and a half later someone reached out and left a message. I had to call them back three times and finally had someone give me information over the phone. This person did not even have my information in front of him and apologized for that. I just got a bill for that phone call and I let them know I was never told there was a fee.

Probably the most sincere tough Attorney I have ever had and the most honest which we know all lawyers come a dime a dozen and can be dominant, but Mr Evans he suggests, then lets you know why he made that decision and gives you time to decide, a hard decision that may be needed to guide you for later years to come.

I was referred to a lawyer at the firm names Stephen Adamsky as he was better versed in employment law than the attorney I originally spoke to about my issue. At first he was very straight forward and confident. The first step in my case was to take under an hour to write up and send, it took him a month to complete with me sending messages and calling to inquire about the matter. He admitted he could have and should have completed it sooner then apologized and promised to have it completed the next day. I was supposed to hear from him again within 2 weeks and I didn't hear from him for almost a month. Then we spoke about the next steps I wanted to take and I didn't hear from him for almost 2 months. Then when we finally spoke he said that we had discussed not going further which was the opposite of what we had discussed. I told him exactly what I wanted to do, which was move forward with a lawsuit. He was wishy-washy about doing so but never flat out gave his opinion. I received an update on my case from another employee and was told he would get ahold of me in about a week, which was a little over a month ago. I have sent messages for an update and he hasn't even given me the courtesy of a phone call, text, or email to give me an update or flat out tell me he doesn't want to work on my case anymore. He is being very unprofessional and I cannot believe I spent any amount of money to deal with someone like this in a serious matter. It is very upsetting for someone who was so confident in the beginning of our dealings to end up basically giving up on a paying client for whatever reason and not even informing the client of any update, change in circumstance, etc. I paid for a service and did not even receive any thing that I requested other than the first step. If you work with this firm do not work with Stephen Adamsky.

Mr. Evans has been great with everything we needed. He has helped us with a variety of issues like guardianship, medicaid and wills. Very personable and professional! We will always use his services in the future.
