The staff at JD Graham made me feel more like family, than a client...from JD's encouragement that all will be alright, to Sharon's determination to make sure I had everything I needed to succeed. They are extremely friendly. I was sad and afraid I would lose my home, but once I got to my appointment and started talking to Alaina, the burden began to ease away. My experience with JD Graham and his staff has been nothing short of excellent. From meeting the attorney and having all my questions answered to communication and guidance with the process my mind was never not at ease. To be very honest when I decided bankruptcy was what I needed to do after a nasty divorce I thought it would be so hard and take so much time and money to file. In fact it was quite the opposite. The fee was so low to me that I told the lady at the front to just take my money with a big smile on my face because I knew that financial freedom would come and at such a little cost. Alex who helped answer soooo many of questions was always patient with me and I never once felt belittled or of lesser value. If I could go back the only thing I would change is not procrastinating and just filing with JD Graham’s office sooner. One last thing... the whole process is steam lined and I was supported at how fast and painless the whole process was.
