I consulted Scott regarding presettlement loans since he made a video about it and I greatly appreciate the advice Scott gave me regarding the matter. It was always tempting to take one but thankfully I did not have to take any but glad that even though I was not a client, he was able to give me excellent advice over the phone and will always be appreciative of that. Scott is very personable and informative. I really have learned so much from his videos. Despite that I live outside Illinois and already have legal representation locally, if things were different and I lived in greater Chicago, I would absolutely retain Scott for my legal matters. I had great experience with Attorney Scott DeSalvo and his colleagues. I had a slip and fall accident at a popular restaurant while I was eight months pregnant. This review was for the second part of my "somewhat complicated" case. Atty Scott D. DeSalvo SUCCESSFULLY represented me for BOTH. This second part was against MY OWN auto insurance -who refused to offer a reasonable amount from the uninsured/underinsured coverage on my policy for my lost wages etc. The defendants' liability had only minimum coverage. Thus we proceeded to AAA Arbitration Case Trial. Thanks to Atty Scott for representing/guiding me thru this first ever experience. I would highly recommend anyone who has an injury to contact Atty Scott D. DeSalvo. He is the consummate professional, very thorough AND will go that extra mile for his clients.
