Haven't had much contact with them since my case started. Not their fault just a lack of communication due to time issues between both parties. They however are incredible friendly people. Just hope for all of us to be on the same page soon.

Hice una cita con esta oficina para que me ayudarán aplicar para ser ciudadano. Teniendo más de 10 años ya de residente legal y casado con una ciudadana yo pensé que me explicarán como me darian buena ayuda con el proceso. Pague $100 dólares para la sita y la abogada que me atendio no me dio buenos consejos, no me dijo el tiempo del proceso, ni trato de darme un precio para sus servicios. Me arrepentí haber hecho sita aquí.

In August 2024 I paid the fee for a consultation and talked with Julio Cesar Dominguez (who was late for the zoom call, but besides that the call went well). I was hopeful this office seemed to know what they were talking about and seemed to want to help. However after the consultation I could not get a response to my emails and I could not get a call back. I was told he was busy or in a meeting and would call back. I explained the difficulty I was having and had a call scheduled by the receptionist because I just wanted to pay a deposit. I again called and asked if Julio even worked there still because I was ghosted for over a week. I also tried as a last resort the chat on the website and was told someone would follow up with me. Never happened. I feel like they took my money for a consult and that was it. I quickly lost confidence that this office would be responsive and give my case attention due to not even being able to get in touch to pay a deposit.
