After talking to different immigration lawyers, my mom and I felt that Godoy law office made us feel more confident about her case. They are very knowledgeable, professional and the staff is great. My phone calls and emails were answered right away. They kept in touch with us throughout the process. Every case is different and luckily we were successful. My moms case took a little over 9 months. I recommend them to my friends.

I am one to never leave reviews, but I had to leave one for Godoy's Law Office. When we found out that my husband (a resident) was already in deportation proceedings due to a very old felony case, I was so scared. As soon as we found out, we started researching for lawyers. Needless to say Godoy's employees made us feel the most calm and reassuring. We went in for a consultation and they were so attentive to every need and answered every question we had. We hired Godoy's Lawyer (Antonio Capozzi) in October of 2021 and by June of 2022, his case was dismissed and he became a US Citizen (through the N-600 application that he had qualified for). Godoy's law office sough all of our options and had plan after plan, in case plan A didn't work. Thank you, Godoy for working so quickly and efficiently! Also special thanks to our paralegal Nathalie who answered all of my constant and eager questions.
