For our process, the Godoy office took a bit of time initially for the preparation (about a month) but the process went smoothly and we received the G card in about 6 and a half months after the application. We highly recommend it.

Hi unfortunately reading all the reviews on this law firm i gad bad experience got tip off and deported after 27 years spending in the USA got pick up by ICE at home early morning cose never left a country after Signing voluntary order of deportation in 96 my case for Asylum got denied After being pick up last year from the ice my friend hired Mario Godoy and promise for 3500 will get me out next day didnt happen spent 2 1/2 months inMcHenry County jail and end got deported call the Godoy several times hi was telling me that he will prorate the case because he made several calls to ICE office in Chicago and and returned the money back and never happen that is my Experience
