Dave and Colleen Hoy & Sahlas, LLC We have known Dave and Colleen and been friends for many years! We know them to be knowledgeable, honest, patient, respectable and responsible in all things. Our first professional hiring of Dave was when I fell on the ice outside the door of the hospital leaving work on call in the middle of the night and the hospital refused to pay me for time off. They said, “I was off duty.” even though I was “on call” working in the middle of the night.He didn’t have any problem with my case. They also took care of our renting and selling a house that we bought in the neighborhood. He was able to help us to sell the house to the renters by our being the bank and working out an agreement for them and us. Both he and Colleen were very efficient in helping us draw up our will and Trust for the family. They were very patient in answering questions and giving us explanations to the multiple things we needed to cover and the “should, could or not do” things.
