Had an car accident received tickets. As a truck driver cant have these on record. Emilo Moretti not only took the case couple weeks before the court date, but also did a phenomenal job taking the tickets off and the accident!!! Mario was responsive in the beginning of my daughter’s case, but emails became sporadic. Had to keep reaching out for status updates. Mario then became unresponsive last August and when I reached out in September, there was no response. I will be reopening my daughter’s case with another law firm. // Hi Mario, In response to your comment: If you believe that was the biggest issue was not being able to identify the child who allegedly struck & severely injured my daughter, then my review did not receive the impact I had hoped. You became unresponsive and therefore a lack of initiative & urgency was felt for our case. It’s unfortunate that I am not able to speak as profoundly of this law firm as others have.

Mario and Palermo law did an amazing job representing me. I was rear ended by a Semi truck when I was stopped at a light. I came to Mario after having a horrible experience with a big name firm that you see on billboards. MR. PALERMO said. "He has had similar cases, I would get a certain amount of money." In most cases he done..I barely had 3,000 left after his percentage for a totalled car..A BMW rear-ended me and totalled my Nissan Rogue.. Then numerous times I had to forward paperwork again and again, b/c he didn't receive it. Very, very misleading and unorganized. Had nothing to except sometimes things go this way. Kinda disturbing a stoic answer. And his office is a rental unit. He really doesn't own a office in Oak Brook.
