Former Chicagoan now a Tennessean. Watched numerous and I mean numerous videos of yours on YouTube because I am currently under WC in Tennessee. I know that the laws are decidedly different from state to state, but the information he puts out can certainly be useful no matter where you live. If he was licensed in TN, I would have certainly hired him as my lawyer. So my personal thanks for helping me learn how to talk to not only WC but also how to talk to the lawyer I hired as well. I live in Hawaii and I've had a hellish experience with not only the insurance company but with my so-called attorney. MRIs have documented that I had a L5-S1 injury, have had one partially unsuccessful surgery, then another injury to the lumbar maybe L3-4, am facing epidurals as a diagnostic and a less invasive alternative to a second surgery. On phone conversations my lawyer has been condescending, has raised his voice, has been vague, mumbles, will go on tangents, and do everything to avoid answering simple questions. I was reduced to doing everything by email and still no joy: I reduced the questions to yes or no answers, please leave your reply in the space provided, and he still wont cooperate. Im getting ready to try DeSalvo, to see if he would take my case on a distance basis. He seems to know what he is talking about and seems to be a straight shooter from his very excellent videos, those I have watched I would rate a 5/5.

I would highly recommend taking advantage of his free resources and consultation. I was injured in an amazon warehouse by a falling rug out of a go cart that hit me in the head and neck on 07152023 which was on video showing I had no contribution to the incident.
