We had our Trust redone with Marc Gugliuzza. Marc makes the process of creating a Trust & Will clear and concise. We had a previous Trust that needed a complete restatement. Very satisfied with the time Marc took to explain the options and direct us to the best solution. Sleeping better at night knowing that our affairs are in order.

Working with Marc was wonderful! He took his time explaining and in some instances re-explaining the details related to the best way to set up my will and related trust documents. The end result was a professional packet of trust forms inclusive of details important to me that ensures my wishes are met and my friends and family are taken care of.

Marc was recommended to help create our trust by Chase Bank. First, Marc quoted a great price for his services. We received quotes previously that were much higher. Secondly, Marc taylored our trust to our specific needs. It was not one size fits all. He devised a plan that was simple to understand and will be easy for our executor to execute. We were extremely happy with the final product and we highly recommend Marc!

My wife and I have underlying health conditions and it was important to us during the national emergency that our affairs were in order for our son. Marc expedited the process and it was a great relief to know that our son’s inheritance was safeguarded and his overall welfare established. Marc Gugliuzza is the best attorney ever. He helped us with purchase of a property and with the sale of our house. Every time I would email him, he would response within an hour. He's very knowledgeable, helpful and reliable. His fees are reasonable. We were very fortunate to have a real estate agent refer us to Marc. The real estate agent said Marc was the the the best real estate attorney in the area. I believe it.

I've hired Kevin to help me out with a stopped payment over a disagreement at transportation company. After carefully reviewing my statement Kevin explained me my options and inspired me to take an extra step and hire a law firm. Guys got fair rates and great communication. So I ended up hiring Kevin. Together we've closed on this case and I got paid what I believed was rightfully earned at that time.
