Mario was responsive in the beginning of my daughter’s case, but emails became sporadic. Had to keep reaching out for status updates. Mario then became unresponsive last August and when I reached out in September, there was no response. I will be reopening my daughter’s case with another law firm. // Hi Mario, In response to your comment: If you believe that was the biggest issue was not being able to identify the child who allegedly struck & severely injured my daughter, then my review did not receive the impact I had hoped. You became unresponsive and therefore a lack of initiative & urgency was felt for our case. It’s unfortunate that I am not able to speak as profoundly of this law firm as others have.
