My husband and I have now used attorney Dan Farrell as our real estate lawyer three times - a few years back for the purchase of our first home, and more recently for the sale of that home and then purchase of a new one. Dan is very knowledgeable and was super prompt with both timelines and responsiveness. He made what is sometimes a stressful time in transitioning between house seem very smooth. I highly recommend!

This attorney and his staff are wonderful. They are easy to talk to, they explain everything in detail and they return your calls or inquiries pretty quickly.
