I hired Lisette to handle my extremely divorce after a horrible experience with my former divorce lawyer, who was supposed to be a “shark”, and she was a breath of fresh air!! Ms. Serrano is not someone I would ever do business with again. From the beginning her office sent me documents with another clients information. Then she continued to have typos and errors that I did not agree to. I went a month without hearing from her and she accepted responsibility then discounted part of my fees. Once I fired her because of multiple mistakes and adding in items I did not want, she took away that discount as if that never happened. When I fired her, she became more unprofessional including still working with the opposing attorney after she stated she could not. It gave me peace that I did not continue having her work on my case. So if you're looking for a good lawyer, you do not want to go with Serrano Legal Solutions.
