Sandy & Matt are the ABSOLUTE best! I had so many questions as a first-time home buyer and they know the law like the back of their hand and were able to answer all of my questions in a way that I perfectly understood and they were with me every step of the way even if they were not actually available they would respond to emails and make sure that anything that I needed was taken care of. The communication was the biggest piece even if they were going to be in a meeting they always had an auto reply to let you know when they would be available again and it was honestly refreshing and amazing the amount of effort they put in to make you feel like you were their number one priority!!! Obviously I knew that they had a lot of clients but I never felt like I was out of the loop and any little question that I had I never felt like I was being a nuisance and that meant so much to me! I have & will highly recommend them to anyone that I know!

Sandra is an outstanding attorney. She is extremely knowledgeable, forceful in court and a skilled negotiater. She is respected by opposing counsel and recognized as a formidable opponent. These attorneys know that she will fight long and hard for her clients. As a result they are often more willing to negotiate than they would otherwise be. Despite a deck stacked against foreclosure defendants, Sandra has repeatedly obtained the best possible outcomes for her clients. Sometimes this means a foreclosing bank will offer her clients thousands of dollars to leave. Other times it can mean the bank will offer such affordable terms her client are able to stay in their homes. She is not, nor can anyone be, a miracle worker. Nonetheless, she alway gives her clients straightforward and realistic advice. She is scrupulous about keeping her clients abreast of their cases and responding to their concerns and goals. I have rarely met an attorney who has as much respect for their clients. As a fellow Illinois lawyer I cannot recommend her highly enough.
