Theresa Clancy did an excellent, comprehensive job doing our Estate Plan. She was highly professional in her interactions with us and also very warm and friendly. She listened carefully to what we said and also answered all our questions. It was obvious she was extremely knowledgeable about the process and how to arrange our will to make it easy for our legatees to settle our estate. She met with us several times to ensure that we were satisfied with the plan she developed. An added bonus is that she conducts business in her home which makes for a very comfortable atmosphere. In sum, a highly professional, knowledgeable and personable estate attorney.

Theresa was super professional, super patient and extremely helpful as she went over and beyond in responding to my questions, my concerns and any difficulty I had in understanding how the trust works (and I needed a lot of help with that!) and what would be best for me. She offered to contact another agency with whom I was having difficulty regarding a probate issue with another relative that affected my trust. In looking for someone to guide us though updating our wills and setting up a trust, we relied on reviews of Theresa and they served us well.
