Theresa is awesome. She is extremely detail oriented, straightforward, dedicated, and had my best interest in mind all the time. She is extremely organized and has a vast experience in estate planning. Not only she helped me with my trust, she guided me through important things about estate planning that are really important that I never thought about. I feel that me and my loved ones future is secured after working with Theresa. She went above and beyond explaining and re-explaining the legalese. Ah! She is also very flexible with her time and with scheduling the meetings. She is very friendly too. You will not be disappointed working with Theresa Clancy. She provides a fantastic service.

Theresa prepared Trust Documents for myself and my wife. She provided the necessary documents (Powers of Attorney, Health Directives, etc.) along with other legal documents to establish our individual trusts. Theresa gave us step-by-step instructions on how to move our various accounts/assets into the trusts. She answered the questions that we had. All the documents were inserted into a very nice binder with identification tabs for each section. Theresa is organized, professional, and knowledgeable and was easy to work with. We can recommend her to provide this type of service.
