Mr. Rifis and his staff handled a divorce for me. They worked very closely with me in obtaining and organizing my financial records to disprove the charge by my husband’s attorney that I made more money than I did and that the debt that I was asking my husband to share was my own personal debt. He proved that my husband was responsible for much of our marital debt by using my credit card and that we had paid off my husband’s credit card charges first because he had a higher interest rate than mine. We used my card for family purchases. My ex-husband is now paying his fair share of those old family bills and the children’s current expenses.
