This isn't an easy thing to go through in an easy situation. What you need is a lawyer who will understand your priorities, partner with you to make them happen (instead of force-fitting their way of doing things on you), be flawless in execution, be detail-oriented to the max, care for you to make an already painful process less painful, and advocate for you.
