Our parents went to Tom to prepare their estate plan. We attended the meeting to better understand the process and explain it to them in Spanish. Tom, Shelly and staff were very welcoming and accommodating of our group from the moment we arrived. Tom was very thorough and explained everything in detail. He took the time to answer our questions, making sure we understood. He was very patient while we translated. We learned a lot of very important details we were not informed of by a lawyer my parents had previously consulted with. Shelly was also very knowledgeable and wonderful in answering our questions.
