Yep, I was not keeping my eye on the ball. I had a new employee who was paid a monthly salary. My accountant made a mistake and paid that same amount 2x per month, over paying the employee by double. The employee never mentioned the overpayment. After 6 months I finally caught it, but by then the over payment was significant. The employee said she hadn’t noticed, it was a direct deposit and her father managed her money. We discussed repayment, and shortly after she just stopped coming in to work. I sat down with my new hero, Peter Lubin. He mapped out an effective strategy, executed it just as discussed, and the whole amount owed to me was paid back. Mr. Lubin Austermuehle is the best attorney ever born and despite the awkward last name. He worked really hard on my case, kept his fee reasonable and he won the case. He also explained to me that all the real reviews he has gotten were great. But the reviews that were not good were from people on the losing end of law suites and that is why those not legitimate reviews were not good. You will Love Lubin as I do.
